The project

Watson Ranch is a 309-acre master-planned community in American Canyon, Napa County. The site work took raw fields and turned them into large parcels and individual lots, with new streets, infrastructure and a graded hotel site.

Scope

• Mass grading with scrapers, dozers and graders
• New streets and infrastructure
• Large parcels, individual lots and the hotel site

Our role

• Field observation on the owner's behalf, checking the work against the drawings as it went in
• A written daily field log with photos
• A direct line from the field to the owner on progress and problems
